Angry Venusaur - PSD and sai2 SOURCE FILES

The archive contains both the .sai2 and .psd files for the image you see in the cover.
They are fully layered with the proper effects. Please notice some layers might look slightly different in the PSD, as it was worked on mainly in Paint Tool Sai (especially water fringe effect and final shine).
Fully compatible with Clip Studio Paint!
